かなざわ石亭 Kanazawa Sekitei

旧横山家老邸の庭の一角を囲むように建つ、十室の個室からなる日本料理店。脂がのった「のどぐろ塩焼き」などの金沢名物料理はもちろん、同料亭が金沢で初めて提供した歴史ある「しゃぶしゃぶ」は、秘伝のゴマダレで肉の旨みを堪能していただけます。

This Japanese cuisine restaurant consists of ten private rooms, and stands surrounding a corner of the garden of the former Yokoyama chief retainer residence. They offer not only Kanazawa delicacies like the fatty “Grilled Nodoguro (rosy seabass) with salt”, they also have “Shabushabu”, which was first introduced in Kanazawa this same restaurant, is fantastic with their sesame sauce, which compliments the meat.
