つば甚 Tsubajin

創業1752年、加賀藩主前田家のお抱え鍔（つば）師であった三代目甚兵衛が営んだ小亭、塩梅屋「つば屋」が始まりとされています。藩内の重臣、文人、墨客も訪れ全国に知られるようになりました。

Tsubajin began in 1752 with a small eatery called Tsubaya run by the third generation Jinbei, who was the personal sword-guard master of the Maeda clan, feudal lords of the Kaga domain. It was visited by the domain’s chief vassals, writers, and artists, and became known throughout the country.
